We will assist in all types of funding, including:

  • Acquisition Financing: The use of corporate strategy, corporate finance and management dealing with the buying and selling of public and private business entities.
  • Angel Financing: Providing start-up funding for companies with no financial history. These companies usually give up part ownership for the funding.
  • Asset-Based Financing: Financing in which the asset being bought is used as collateral.
  • Bridge Loan/Gap Financing: Short-term loan advanced to cover the period between the termination of one loan and the start of another.
  • Buyout Financing: Investment transaction by which an entire company or a controlling part of the stock or a company is sole. Types of buyouts also consist of leveraged buyout, venture capital buyout or a management buyout.
  • Convertible Debenture: Loan that entitles the lender to convert the loan to common or preferred stock at a specified conversion rate and within a specified timeframe.
  • Convertible Preferred Stock: Preferred stock that can be converted into common stock at the option of the stockholder or as provided in the agreement under which it was issued. ·  Debenture: Promissory note or a corporate bond which is backed generally only by the reputation and integrity of the borrower.
  • Equity Financing: Invested money that , in contrast to debt capital, is not repaid to the investors in the normal course of business. It represents the risk capital staked by the owners through purchase of the firm’s common stock.
  • Expansion/Growth Capital: Private equity investment, in relative mature companies that need to expand, restructure operations, enter a new market, finance a significant acquisition, restructuring of balance sheet, reduce leverage (or debt)
  • Franchise Financing: Advising the franchisee on options and types of capital raises for their company
  • Joint Venture Financing: When a partnership is created by agreement between two parties that will share all profits and losses of the venture. Used for a specific project only.
  • Later Stage Funding: For companies with $25 million + in revenue. Large National or International market potential, with successful management teams with great track records. Funding for companies that are looking to go public in less than a year. The funding will be paid back once the company has IPO.
  • Mergers Financing: The use of corporate strategy, corporate finance and management dealing with the combining and merger of two or more public or private business entities. ·  Private Placement: Sale of an entire issue of a security to a small group of investors who undertake not to resell within a specified period.
  • Seed Capital: Capital needed for a business to launch a new product or service without having to fully depend on a debt loan. Early stage companies usually in large industries and markets.
  • Start-up Capital: Capital necessary to start a business. A startup will be required to have a detailed use of proceeds and must be conscientious of all cash outflow. · 
  • Turnaround Financing: Capital and money invested in a dying business. This usually consists of companies that have gone bankrupt or no longer performing. ·
  • Venture Financing: Financing start-up, early stage, venture, and “turn around” public or private business entities. In most cases Venture Capitalist brings in managerial and technical expertise as well as capital to their investment.
